  • Password
    1. For users who obtained a Library Card before June 1, 2026, the default password is the last 4 digits of your identification number followed by your 8-digit birth date in YYYYMMDD format. Upon first login, you must verify your email address and reset your password.
    2. If you have not yet applied for a National Central Library Card, eligible applicants must first complete the online application form and then visit the service counter in person with the required identification documents.
    3. If you forget your password, please use the “Forgot Password” function to reset it.
  • Account Security Reminder
    1. Your account will be locked for 15 minutes after 5 consecutive incorrect login attempts.
    2. For account security, it is recommended that you change your password every 90 days.

    2. Electronic resources provided by the Library are for academic research purposes only. Bulk, continuous, or automated downloading and printing of entire contents are strictly prohibited. Distribution or commercial use is not permitted.
    3. Retrieved materials, including text, charts, and copyright notices, may not be edited, adapted, or combined with other materials in any form. Any verified violation resulting in damage or misuse will lead to suspension of access privileges, and users shall bear all related legal responsibilities.
